Some might say you look like you’re wearing a picnic tablecloth….don’t listen to them.
Even though it may seem like a summer print, it is popping up everywhere this Fall. I love this pattern! For some reason it reminds me of my childhood years, I think it’s because I associate it with Dorothy from “Wizard of Oz” and children’s clothes back then. I’ve seen them in every type of clothing; skirts, tops, dresses, etc. It’s so chic and extremely easy to style. You have to let the gingham do all the talking, simplicity is the key.
I currently own about 3 pieces and they are all crop tops. Two are black and white, which was a mistake because I thought one of the tops was suppose to come as a set with its cute matching shorts, I read wrong though:( The other one that I have is red and blue.
This outfit gave me “Grease” vibes, I think it was the way I was wearing my jacket or the gingham itself. Anyways, I wore a white and black one that was off the shoulder, I bought it at Forever 21. Paired It up with my favorite Fashion Nova white jeans. Some black high heels… the higher the better, from GoJane. I low key love to feel tall lol. To top it off, I wore a denim jacket over the shoulder, I felt like it definitely gave it an extra touch. My clutch is from Henri Bendel. Definitely an outfit I would consider for a date night or night out with the girls.
Shop my favorite gingham tops below, all of them are under $25!
P.S. Sorry for bombarding you guys with pictures, I Iiked too many and it was hard to choose lmao.
