How To Style Thigh-High Boots

These boots are anything but basic.

Not only do they make a statement, but they look great all around! They literally work for any occasion, you can dress it up or down. You can style them as you please because they will make any outfit! I am a huge fan of them and I would wear them more often if my thighs weren’t so thick and I wasn’t so short. I have to admit, I have tried some on that really just didn’t agree with my thighs lol. So, it’s hard to find the perfect pair. Also, most of the times that I have worn this style of boots has been with mini dresses, and when I say mini…it’s mini. I feel like since I’m short, I probably look even shorter with them since they take up almost my full leg. So, I try to balance my height and shoes out with a short dress, if that makes any sense. Put it this way, if my dress is mid-thighs length, the boots would probably meet the dress half way. So, Jen would have no legs basically. It’s confusing, I know lol.

Anyways, I still have mad love for them and now I can bring them out to play since its fall! These are from Traffic Shoe. I love the peep toe style, it gives it a less casual touch, a bit more fancy. Not to mention, the detail in the heels. The clear heel is just divine, makes them especially unique. Ha and guess what, they fit my thighs! #ad

For this outfit, I went full throttle on an edgy look. Like I mentioned, I usually wear thigh-highs with mini dresses, so I brought out one of my casual t-shirt dresses that I eat-sleep- breathe in. The dress is actually a tad bit long, and more loose so I tied it on the side and wow… it is a whole new design. Threw on a leather jacket , added a clutch and boom.. yo girl is ready to get down on a Friday night.

Warning, wear at your own risk; all eyes on you!
