For this week’s Tips and Tricks Thursday, I am sharing with you guys my leg day workout.
So, I do legs 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I do it 3 days in one week and the following week, I do it 2 times. Or there can be a month that I do it 3 times every week. It all depends if I have an event or something important coming up and how big and tone I want my legs to look.
I am no bodybuilder or trainer, I’ve been working out for years and have learned a lot throughout my time. I workout because I like to maintain myself. I eat healthy most of the time but I do indulge occasionally.
The first leg day of the week I usually do low weight and a lot of reps so I can burn fat. This video was filmed in my “low weight” day. I also don’t concentrate on the same leg muscle every leg day. This video is mostly concentrated on thighs (inner & outer) and side booty. That means….I owe you guys one for glutes and hamstrings lol.
Note: If you are a beginner, you might want to use less weight than me…Don’t force your body, it’ll let you know what it can and can not do.
